3 Natural Young Living Oil Solutions

Essential oils are incredibly versatile. They can take the place of your body products, bath products, health products and even cleaning products. Laura, a lover of essential oils and a Young Living Independent Distributor, has three favorite oils that help her do everything from sleeping peacefully to fixing a bad smell in her garbage disposal. In this video, Laura walks through her favorite Young Living Essential Oils, blends and products and explains exactly how she uses them to improve her life. Below are three of the every day problems Laura describes and exactly how you can solve them using essential oils.

Sleep Trouble

If you’re a restless sleeper, look no further than Lavender Essential Oil for help. Just put it in your diffuser before bed and the scent will help you sleep soundly. Lavender 3575Essential Oil is also really helpful in quieting anxious feelings. It’s one of the most popular essential oils in spa treatments for this very reason—lavender relieves muscle tension and calms the mind.  In order to experience maximum results, be sure you’re using therapeutic-grade oils, like the kind Young Living sells. Young Living has organic farms on 5 continents where their essential oils are cultivated and distilled, so you know you can trust their quality. Distributors can even visit the farms and see the process for themselves. Essential oils are a natural way to improve the quality of your life and using low-grade essential oils manufactured in a lab defeats the point. Young Living offers only the best.

Dirt and Germs

So many cleaning products out there smell like lemon—lemon mixed with chemicals, that is. There’s a reason for that! Lemon is a highly effective anti-bacterial and disinfect3578ant. Instead of using cleaning products that only smell like lemon, go straight to the source and use lemon essential oil to clean your home. Laura uses Young Living Lemon Essential Oil mixed with vinegar to clean her home naturally. You can also use it as an air freshener that doesn’t just cover up the bad odor but actually neutralizes it. Sprinkle a few drops your refrigerator after throwing away spoiled food, diffuse it in your kitchen after an especially fragrant dinner, or squeeze a few drops into a stinky garbage disposal like Laura did.

Flu Season

Young Living offers a wide variety of essential oils as well as range of blended oil options designed to address daily problems with maximum effectiveness. Their PanAway oil3423 combines key essential oils for treating sore muscles into one powerful blend, their RC oil combines multiple energizing essential oils and their DiGize oil combines the most relaxing essential oils to help you thoroughly decompress after a long day. Laura’s favorite Young Living Essential Oil Blend is the Thieves oil, which is also the basis for many Young Living natural household products. It’s a combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary oils and she takes it everyday as a capsule to help fortify her immune system against the flu and other illnesses.

All of four of these essential oil blends, plus lavender and lemon essential oils, are available in the Young Living Premium Starter Kit. It’s a great way to launch your journey as a Young Living Independent Distributor or simply your journey as a user of essential oils. As a distributor and wholesale member, you’ll save 24% on your Premium Starter Kit, so it’ certainly something to consider if you’re looking to led an essential oils-based lifestyle. You can rid your life of unnecessary chemicals, solve numerous problems you thought you’d never be able to fix, like restless sleep, and even make a little money selling essential oils to your friends and family through Young Living.
